What is our Terms and Conditions?

Terms and Conditions

    1. Shipping Policy / Insurance / Import Duty / Bank Charges:
      1. Our liability ends once the courier services takes custody of the item. However, we do have a courier tracking number provide to you upon the courier picked up. This simply means our liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over to the courier services. If the item is lost from this point afterwards, we will not take any responsibility.
      2. Shipment does not come with any standard insurance. Shipping insurance option is available for buyers; please contact us regarding shipping insurance quotation for your goods. However, the shipping and handling charges will be credited back to you in case of package lost. Single unit is covered by a standard shipping insurance maximum amounted US$100.
      3. All customers will respond for any import duties and equivalent arise for the sales transaction. Upon payment received by us, all sales are final. No refund will be issued. For defective item’s replacement and repair, please refer to our Limited Warranty Coverage and Return Policy sections.
      4. All customers will respond for any bank remittance service charge on both side, we will only credit the exact received amount show on our bank account.
    2. Limited Warranty Coverage
        1. We do have the right to decide whether we do repair, replace or refund regarding on the DOA. Our warranty services do not apply to any product that has had its serial number altered, defaced or removed.
        1. Any defect occurring after the expiration of the warranty period (24hours after package delivered) is not accepted.
      1. When a return is authorized, we advise you ship via an insured carrier and obtain a tracking number for your package. As China Rocket Dynamics is not responsible for damages or loss incurred in shipping , we requested you securely pack the product in a box using bubbles wrap. Please return the entire DOA product with all the accessories. Missing items may cause the failure for the replacement.
      2. Before you return your items, you must contact us and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Any returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted by us. The customer assume all responsibility for the package until it arrives at our office.
      3. We will only response to do replacement of 3 more dead pixel found on devices including LCD screen and view finder screen on camera, phone, camcorder, game console and MP3.
      4. Except memory card, our limited warranty will not cover all accessories.

 

  1. Prices
      1. The prices stated on the quotation are for reference only. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
    1. All prices are only confirmed upon “Sales Order” issued, Please emails to us for specific requirement on the version of the goods, otherwise goods are sold on randomly basis.
  2. Product Compatibility / Specification / Color Choices:
    1. We do not respond for any network dependent features and firmware related issue. Examples on network dependent features are MMS / GPRS / WAP / SMS / Messaging / VoiceMail Indicator / Data Transfer / Network Frequency as well as any other device operations that have interaction with their service providers. Customers are responsible for ensuring the product’s compatibility with their network operator / service provider. Any operation features on the product which is not listed above will be determined by us whether it is a network dependant feature.
    2. We have a right to make the final decision on whether a feature is considered network dependent or not make the final decision on whether an issue is firmware related or not. Customer should be aware that network dependent features and firmware issues are not covered by our limited warranty coverage. Please refer to our limited warranty coverage section for details.
    3. Customer should also be aware that the item you are purchasing on might not be manufacture intended for your country or region. Therefore, the language specification on the device and user guide might not fully support the language of your desire. In the event that an English manual is not available in the particular version that we shipped out, we do have the obligation to provide a copy of an English manual to customer.
    4. Since the product origin may not intended for your country or region, therefore the product configuration and the related accessories might not be suitable or compatible in your country or region. We will not be responsible for any compatibility of the product and its’ accessories in your region or country.
    5. Language version, firmware version and color are shipped at a random basis unless prior arrangement is made by customer. Customer should put down all their requests on their Purchase Order (P.O.) and follow up with an email after payment is made. Once goods are shipped, no exchange will be granted on language version, firmware version and color choices.
    6. We do not guarantee your requested language version, firmware version and color must be available with the same price. However, we do have an obligation to notice you that the availability and prices of your requested version or color before shipment delivered.
    7. It is the customers responsibility to ensure their email reaches the seller. For mobile phone purchases. the keypad will support both alphabetic and numeric character. However, some versions or models possess additional language characters, These could be in Chinese, Arabic, or some other languages. Unless the buyer has specified their preference in their payment, otherwise we will ship it at a random basis.
  3. Our Liability:
    1. We will not be liable for any personal injury, physical injury, and damage caused by the delivered product. For safety handling and operation on the product, please consult instruction manual comes along or contact manufacture directly.
    2. Any recall on product by manufacture will not be handled through China Rocket Dynamics. Customers should contact the manufacturer directly for any related questions or inquiries.
    3. China Rocket Dynamics do not have any obligations in providing any technical support on the purchased product. Please contact the manufacturer or your service provider directly for technical and product assistance.
    4. Any transaction dispute between China Rockets Dynamics and the customer will be made and handle through our legal consult
