Account managers will be acting as a communication bridge by providing latest product pricing, hot selling product information, as well as stock availability level status updates to you. Secondly, they have been well trained to provide professional advice and business strategy in order to assist you capturing more business opportunities. We strongly believed that you are looking for a company assigning well trained representatives helping you rather than having just another guy to take your order.

A senior account manager will look after the performance within his/her team. A sales assistant is to assist our account manager to take care of paper works, delivery status and RMA issuing matters. In CRD everybody worked as a team. When your assigned account manager is on leave, other account managers will be more than happy to assist you.
