What are the warranty terms of our stocks?

At CRD, customer satisfaction is our priority concern. If defective are found upon package delivered, we will definitely arrange a free replacement for you. In fact, if defectives are found 2 days upon delivered, we may not be able to offer free replacement for you. As we are committed on customer satisfaction, we are happy to discuss and assist you to solve problems and issues in order to minimize the lost. We treat every customer as a long term business partner and would like to make every case fair to both parties.
