FedEx, UPS, and DHL are our globally logistic partners. Using well known companies for your orders can ensure shipments will be delivered in the fastest time with the highest security level. Our logistic partners also offered us very attractive shipping rate to help you getting a very preferable low shipping cost.

In case of some far away postal code locations, logistic companies will have charge additionally at around US$20 per package. Alternatively, we can use EMS service for those far away locations as an option for you. Or we can use “Register Post Air Mailing” for single piece of accessory item. Please note that the above mentioned two alternative methods will take longer time to be delivered.

A tracking number will be provided to you upon your package dispatched automatically to your corresponding email address.

Our liability ends once the courier service takes custody of the item. This simply means our liability on each shipment ceases at the point of drop off or hand over to the courier company. If the item is lost form this point afterwards, we will not take any responsibility. Shipment does not come with any standard insurance. Shipping insurance option is available for buyers; the insurance fee related to the value of your package. However, the shipping and handling charges will be credited back to you in case of package lost. Drop shipping single unit is covered by a standard shipping insurance maximum amount US$100.

Shipping charge calculation is based on the below 4 components:

1. The Package actual weight or dimension weight*
   *The box Length X Width X Height(cm) / 6(courier will take whichever is higher)
2. Insurance
3. Extended Area

4. Saturday delivery request (Applicable for USA and Canada only)

All customers will respond for any import duties and VAT for the sales transaction. Please provide your company tax ID for import custom clearance.
